Possible Georgian Era Flaming Heart?

Hello y'all! I recently treated myself to a piece, an antique diamond ring. I have an obsession with Georgian era jewelry, especially the heart style, so this one I picked really caught my eye. It looks a little like a flaming heart style to me, but I can't completely but the whole design and style together to say exactly if it is a flaming heart. I know it's rose cut diamonds and it's 8k gold. Any ideas on this piece? I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks so much! Congrats on your new ring! The design is reminiscent of a Georgian flaming heart. I wonder if the top is older than the shank; that part doesn’t quite match what I’ve seen in Georgian rings.

I would expect to see silver used in the piece as well if it's that time frame. I do agree that the ring shank looks much newer.
