PLEASE, SOME HELP WITH THIS STONE...

I''ve been searching for the right rock to maximize budget. I had decided on the one, but got a late call from competing seller on another stone.

My question:
A princess cut 1.78 H VS1
On the GSI report, everything looks good expect the following-
Depth 79%
Table 78%
Length to width 1.10
Being that this is a princess cut stone...are these #''s still in a "safe" zone?
The price is very good(I think) at $7900($4500/c)...he says 30% below Rapp of $6500.

Opinions? Any help would be very appreciated!! Thanks.

If your fiance puts this stone next to a princess cut (or other modified square) that has been cut to optimize light return and contrast she will readily see the difference. "79 depth with a 78 table" are other words for "bad start" and there is good reason why its being offered at 30% below rap.

Are you looking for a rectangular shape? Aside from the depth and table being WAY off, this stone is not really a true square shape.
