The great debate that rages in my mind day and night! ; )
It''s actually a good thing my BF isn''t ready to buy the ring tomorrow, because I wouldn''t know what I actualyl want tomorrow! (and may never will).
The two styles that are probably the most popular right now (and definitely the most popular on Pricescope) are the two I''m torn between - the platinum pave band with a thin pave "halo" surrounding the center, or the thin platinum pave or shared prong eternity band solitaire.
My pros and cons so far -
Halo
Pro: makes center pop more, more defined shape, makes center look totally round, more design interest than plain solitaire
con: calls more attention to itself, probably trendy and may look dated in 10 years
Plain pave / SP band
Pro: delicate, more timeless, easier to pair with band
con: less interesting, less "wow" factor, more common
Thoughts? I know lots of you are probably considering these 2 styles, so let me know your preference / thought process about it!
Thanks!
