This is my topic re. a color-change garnet. Per Chrono's advice, I decided not to bezel it. Have searched a lot of websites, even found a jeweler who offered me a design (it is in my thread) but I am still not too happy. The color change is pronounced but the evening color is dark-purple and would not look nice in any closed setting. I have noticed that we have almost similar tastes in jewelry - maybe you have an idea?
