Wow already @Cluless! Our trees still have a ways to go as you can see, we may still be raking in December!
@Slick1, I know I posted this later than I wanted, feel free to snap a pic during the week if you have a chance. Monday and Tuesday are supposed to be really nice.
@OoohShiny, believe me when I tell you that fall in New England is probably the best part of living here. When you take into consideration the high COL and taxes, those are some pretty expensive leaves
All of you who have posted this far have such beautiful outdoor space! I live in a tract home in california where houses are within sneezing distance of each other. I can stick my arms out and high five my next door neighbors. At least we are experience beautiful clear sunny skies after 2 weeks of smoke and a weekend of rain and hail. Here is my view from my home office window.
@jaysonsmom, your neighborhood is so pretty and clean looking!
@stracci2000 our older son has climbed all the way to the top of that tree before! Probably the best part is when all the leaves fall so it’s like a bright red carpet across our front yard.
Outside our kitchen window. Signs of autumn. I’m weird in that I love bare trees. Something romantic about them. And haunting too. As they go from bright and beautiful and bold to stark and bare and free.
This photo is from our ride yesterday. Leaves are almost gone from the trees and I find it hauntingly breathtaking. And I love the path of leaves at our feet.
One out my living room window; so clean and clear in MA this morning!
One out the sliding door / windows in my family room:
And two out my 2 bedroom windows. The first one doesn't look like much, but it's actually a flowering peach blossom that Tim planted for me when we moved here. It's covered in the most gorgeous, sweet smelling blossoms in spring and is a highlight of the year for me.
And can I just say...we put our outdoors Christmas lights up on the weekend!
