Hi everyone,

Lurking for a while but only a few posts. I''ve searched for all the info I could find about Princess cuts but I still need your expert opinion on this one. I''m a *little* concerned about the depth percentage but I think the ideal scope looks pretty good. How do I post the ideal scope (it is a .bmp), and what do y''all think?

Report: GIA
Shape: Princess
Carat: 1.06
Color: G
Clarity: VVS2
Depth: 76
Table: 71
Girdle: Slightly Thick
Polish: Excellent
Symmetry: Very Good
Culet: None
Fluorescence: No
Measurements: 5.44-5.42X4.12
Length/Width: 1.00

Here are the Sarin numbers, which are a bit different than those on the GIA (why is that and which is better?)

Weight: 1.060
Width: 5.31 mm
Length: 5.37 mm (L/W 1.01)
Total Depth: 4.13 mm (77.8%)
Table Size: 3.82 mm (71.9%)
Crown Height: 0.67 mm (12.6%)
Crown Angle: 45.8
Girdle Thickness: 4.3% Thick
Girdle Min/Max: 3.4% - 4.8%
Pavilion Height: 3.27 mm (61.6%)
Pavilion Angle: 40.7

Thanks in advance for all of your replies,

Kyle

hard to tell, but it looks like it might have some potential! seeing the scope image would help out a great deal.
to post the pics, make sure the file name is unique and change it to .jpeg format.
if it that doesn''t work for you, send them to me and i''ll post

Thanks for the reply belle. I''ve only been looking for a couple of weeks but from what I''ve seen it looks good to me too!

The photos look really good for that stone.

From what you posted this stone may be a potential AGS 0 or 1 cut grade... Ask WF if they would send it to AGS, offer to reimburse them for that expense, as it might just be the "needle in the haystack".

I like the crown height.... but from the photos it looks like a very nice diamond.
