Hi,

I''m new here - been lurking here for months doing research and just reading.. finally decided on a diamond but unsure about the setting... is anyone familiar with precisionset (www.precisionset.com)? I''m looking at a few of their settings but was wondering about the quality of their products, etc.
I''m looking at these right now:

If anyone has any insight I would greatly appreciate it - I really want to ger her something that is high quality and catches the eye. I''m a little worried that the diamond would be set/elevated too high (please forgive me if I use the wrong terminology).
If anyone could give me feedback on precisionset it would be great.

Thanks

I think one or two people have Precision Sets...maybe run a search to see what you find?

They are a company that gets talked about alot on here because of their beautiful eternity ring sets...so far I don''t think we have heard anything bad.

If that helps!

As for setting the diamond high...sometimes it makes the diamond look bigger. high vs low is a personal preference. I will say that I used to want a very low basket setting but now that I have had a higher setting for a few years now, when I try on basket settings they look squished and make the diamond look smaller IMO. I used to LOVE them. But now I like my higher ring setting and feel it makes the stone look bigger. But again, a preference!
