NYC appraiser

Has anyone worked with David Wolf''s appraisal company in NYC (or has heard anything about them)? The company is called Just Appraisers and I believe they''re one of the listed appraisers on Pricescope.

If not, can someone recommend an appraiser in Manhattan?
