Given the two cuts are so similar, I would find out more details about the inclusions in the second one, and if it is eye clean with nothing breaking the surface I''d go for it. I think D is overkill, but I''d rather pay for color than clarity. Combine that with the larger diameter and slightly lower price, and I''d pick #2.
