What do you think an Imperial Topaz, like this one would go for? 80.26Cts Checkerboard-brilliant cut. It is not as orange as some of the ones posted, but its still think it is a nice color. NOTE: This is heat treated gem....Does heat treatment dictate a decline in value, I have not yet had this gem appraised.
