I got a new key for my birthday/graduation present from my mom''s friend - it''s white gold, diamonds and sapphires.

You can see it''s a LOT smaller than the JKT. The new one is only about 1" I think and I actually prefer the smaller one - partly because it''s blingier and I like WG better than silver, but also because it''s much daintier.

I got a new watch while I was home. It''s the Citizen on the right with the black face - a little heavier than the Citizen I have now. I love both!

What cool keys; I like the smaller one best as it sets the stones in an interesting fashion, plus the little details at the end draw the eyes to it.

What is wrong with us?? Our supernovas are gorgeous - why are they unset?! I need to get going on that but I have NO idea how I want to set it. Right now I''m thinking a plain cathedral in WG and maybe an engraved shank. And yep, my new avi is from NZ. BF and I went on an all-day glacier hike on Fox Glacier and we got to go through this cool ice cave. It was exhausting though - 3 hours going up and down the mountain and 5 hours on the ice. Ouch! Let me go grab a camera and I''ll try to get a decent neckshot!

Chrono - I love the detailing as well. It''s very dainty and I love the splash of color from the sapphires.

Ma re - I love that citrine! Now I''m kind of leaning towards a three stone instead of a bezel. I''m so indecisive!

Arcadian - Thanks! I definitely wear it more - it''s just more comfortable. I like the JKT one a lot but I''m pretty short and my proportions are short so the extra length isn''t quite as comfortable.

Haha maybe, but I''m poor! I guess I''m stuck with my small hands and no upgrades for the foreseeable future
