Need research help.... anyone recognize this?

I’ve searched every online listing of makers that I can find, to no avail. Does anyone know who made this ring?

I believe is says, “T L & S” and I assume the ‘& S‘ part refers to “and sons” but who is T L ?

I believe so, however it should have hallmarks other than that, but maybe it’s Canadian? Or Peruvian? Or from Mars? I have no idea. I wish I could find out who made it.

Perhaps it was a custom jewelry shop, and not a larger jewelry manufacturer.
Maybe that's why nothing is showing up on any of the data bases I looked at.

Birmingham Makers Marks - TH-TN

You’re very welcome @PreRaphaelite. As you noted, we use CT for gold carat so I Googled British jewellery makers marks, and amongst the list found that site.
