Need opinion on price

Hi, I need an opinion on whether or not this is a good price and a good stone. It''s a 1.30ct asscher cut, D color, VS2, GIA cert. It has 68% depth, 58% table, and a L/W ratio of exactly 1.00. The price is $8250. Is this a good deal???? Help!!!

price is right on where it falls for comps for 1 carat---yours is 1.30--so it seems to be a great price
