Need Help in choosing the diamond

Hello All,
I have been researching on this forum for some time and educating myself on diamonds. I am looking for a 1 carat stone with H or higher color and I have a budget of around $7000. We have seen a 1 caret I- VS2 at Costco, which my wife have liked and we can get it for $7200 out of the door. I am trying to see if I can get something better online. I have shortlisted the following two diamonds and would like to get what pricescopers think about these two.

Appreciate if I can get some advise on how good/ bad these stones are. Both stones meet HCA excellent grade cut. The first one is a premium select and second one is expert select diamond.
