It`s taken over 3 long month to finally get my little OEC back. I brought it to my local jeweller and asked him to send it out to get appraised and then remounted in a Tiffany Étoile replica. He sent it out to CustomGold in Vancouver. He had heard that they did good custom work but had never used them before. I took the plunge! I provided loads of pictures for reference.

Well, it took a long time and in the end, my jeweller never did get it appraised (forgot - sent it directly to Vancouver instead of sending it out to Toronto for the appraisal first - I`m a little heated over that but it`s no big deal as it`s only a tiny little diamond)

What`s important is that I now have it and I`m really pleased at how it turned out!

I will be wearing it as a RHR on it`s own or occasionally with my little eternity band.

Little OEC in Tiffany Étoile reproduction in 14k white gold.

Thanks Marcyc! I`m certainly enjoying it!! Keep glancing at it and polishing it. It`s tiny but very pretty.

Emilina22 - Thanks! Not sure of the size. My guess is between .25 and .35 but if I had had the appraisal done like I requested I would know.

Thanks Michelle! That`s what`s so fun about this little ring! I can dress it up with the eternity band when the mood strikes me! I have those moods often.

Thank you Surfgirl!! Your stone is my all time favorite (I`ve bookmarked your thread long ago

) and a few months ago I started working with my jeweller to find one similar to yours (mabye not so big but close in cut). It may take me months or years to get but I really don`t care. I`m in no big hurry. I`ll be picky and annoying but I`m sure it will be worth it!! I love my little OEC and am proud to be part of the OCC!! I`ll try and get new closeups of the reset stone once my other camera is repaired. This one doesn`t have a good macro feature.
