My crazy bargain ring!

This is my latest steal. Got it on a shopping app. They setting is sooooo high!!
Stamped 750 inside, nothing else. Main stone just under 6mm.
What's your thoughts? Thankyou!

First impression is "Wow, that's a unique setting." You definitely won't see another like it on the street!

The stone looks nice from the images. Is your plan to wear as-is, or pull out the diamond to repurpose?

That definitely sounds like a crazy good bargain! My first thought at the pictures was that it looked like a Mid-Century piece, could be earlier, could be later, but definitely vintage. Based on the first head on picture, I think some may call it an early round brilliant. I think the high setting actually looks nice! Will you be getting the diamond and metal content tested?
