I want to share with you my new ring.
2.66ct Sri Lankan (heated) blue sapphire.
Set in platinum.

I was scrolling on Instagram and this ring jumped out of the screen and said: put into shopping cart!!!! Before I knew it, it was a completed purchase.

Yes -- not as nice as yours, though! This is a lesser sapphire that is a good bit more pastel than it looks in the photos. Not a vivid blue like yours by any means. But it "closed up" nicely in the bezel which made the hue look a touch deeper.

Yes, matte-finish or the closest we could come in platinum. We were going for a gunmetal look. This was supposed to be the model for mine but I never made a second one as I never found the "right" sapphire. So my son teases me with his whenever I see him.

Enjoy yours -- I am jealous! It is masculine without screaming "I AM MASCULINE" -- no milspec blackout or extra spikes or gashes. Just pure classic design that will never go out of style. Wear it forever!
