Movado Quarter Bezel E-Ring

Im looking into possibly purchasing this ring from movado, but in an effort to avoid the high movado mark ups, does anyone know of any good jewelers in the nyc/nj area that could create a close replica of this ring. I know ritani makes a similiar ring, but what we are looking for is the entire side view of the diamond that this ring provides, it appears the ritani has a runner that the diamond sits in.

any advice is greatly appreciated.
