Monogram with Latin Surname containing

I am having some trouble with a monogram/initials because of my new surname!

My married surname will be Cathline de Rodríguez and I don''t know if the "de" should be in the monogram or included in my initials, and whether it should be upper or lower case? Should it be CdR, CdeR, or just CR? I can''t seem to find any info online in my searches. Help!!!

There''s no rule, it all depends on what you like the best.
