My band is 2.5 widest, and 2mm on the underside bit... if that makes sense

I think the widest bit is at the sides of my finger and the thinnest is underneath my finger. The bit where the ring bit attaches to the head bit is 1mm... you know - where it tapers in.

I love how I am so technical!

I meant from the tapered tip where it meets the stone, to like the upper side of your finger. So it looks like 1mm-2.5mm.

Maise, no, that''s not what I meant, but I should have been more specific. When looking down on the ring (as if it were sitting on your finger, or in the box) I wanted to know the difference from the point that meets the head, to the upper side of your finger. I think you got it with your prior post, with the 1mm to 2.5mm. That sounds about right.

I''m honestly not sure what I am going to do with my 3 stone ring. I love sapphires - but I also love diamonds. The problem is, I don''t want to take away from how lovely my J stone is, which is why I may end up going for sapphires.

Maise, if you don''t want to take away from your diamond (which I can totally understand), how abpout the 3 stone concept, but with a white saphire in the middle? I think that would be really pretty, and definitely less expensive...Just a thought! I love that look too!
