Looking for an engagement ring setting I saw in 1988-90 at Macys

Can anyone help me find this ring? or a similar ring?? It was a brushed buttery yellow gold setting. The ring got tapered/skinnier up to the center and then tapered as it went down the shank. There was a diamond accent (white and large enough to see it''s a diamond) on either side of the top of the tapered section. I saw it at Macys and it was approx in the years between 1988-90.

Does anyone know where i can track this ring down? Does anyone know where I can find a similar one?? It was probably one carat.

I can''t really help you but I could suggest you drawing the ring out and having it custom made. White Flash, ERD and BGD all do great custom work.
