Looking for an affordable re mount

I have many diamonds in my life but over that last few years my husband has been sick and I have sold off most of my jewlery to pay for his medical care. All I have left now is my original wedding set that I got 23 years ago . It has a nice Diamond in it almost 1.25 but I''m just not happy with the setting. I found a setting on line I like but zales says they won''t just sell me the setting is there a way to find out who the manufacturer is? I realy want to wear it again.
