I'm so delighted with this ring! I bought the ring itself used and it was super gnarly. I think someone had chopped the head in half and put it back together poorly, as well as plating the inside of the head with yellow gold instead of white (you can kind of see both of those issues in this pic). That doesn't even include the missing prong. Luckily it was a decent price, so I went ahead and got it.
So anyway, I got it, thought it had a lot of potential and had a stone that would fit just about perfectly. That didn't matter for long though because when I took it to my jeweler he said the head wasn't salvageable if I wanted to wear it more than once or twice, and even then I was at risk for breaking it. Alrighty then. So he said I could definitely put a new head on it, and that would take care of the problems.
Anyway, 1 week and one day later I get a phone call to come pick it up! YAY! So here is the finished product! (Look out, there will be a lot off pictures!) I'm just so happy with how it came out!
