Great article. All business is like this. Perhaps that is why one of the newest diamond mines in the world is in warehouses in Florida - and they could move the machines anywhere they wanted if goverment regulations change.

It is also the reason that in certain countries many of the forign owned factories are on ocean capable barges tied to a dock. It''s hard to nationalize a factory that could be into international waters in hours.
