Thanks Diamondseeker. Can you read the Idealscope image and advice if it is a good stone and has a good light performance ? I am not so good at interpreting the image.

Thanks for all the comments. I was also recommended another diamond. scores 1.5 on the HCA

Idealscope looks a little pink in comparison

Which is a better choice? I would like to go with the F, SI2 unless there is a compelling reason that I should go with H, Si1. (cheaper and I dont think I will notice the size difference)

Thanks for all your comments!!!

If it''s in budget, and eyeclean, get the one you really want! Should be a beauty.

Looks great and again make sure its eye clean. The two inclusions on each side towards the top are noticeable at 10x easily, but Im sure at least one of them can be covered by a prong.

The pinkness of the picture is just the difference in the lighting and photography/camera setup. Nothing to worry about. Just check back with JA that the stone is eye clean (6 inches away). If that checks out well, then you can pick whichever you prefer.

Thanks everyone! I decided to go with the F Si2 diamond 1 ct. Its just one carat and near my budget. Jennifer had it checked out personally and she said that it is very eyeclean. JA is absolutely great !!!

Now- I am looking for a setting - I like the Vatche x prong comfort fit but sometimes I think that it is too plain. The pave seems a little too dressy for me (but I do love it).

How is this setting -
http://www.jamesallen.com/products/item_58-865.asp

It has a little sidestones which I dont find excessive but a little dressier than the plain ring. Also, I dont plan on buying a wedding band and would like to wear my ring everyday. I dont want a very delicate setting since I am a size 7 finger.

I can stretch my budget upto $800 for the setting. Need your recommendations please !!!
