I need help with a custom engagement ring. Chicagoland area

Hello,

My girlfriend and I are ready to take our relationship to the next level and have been looking at engagement rings. She wants something a little nontraditional and fell in love with a ring from Zales:

Does anyone have any advice for me? Where to go? What to do? etc.
