In terms of vendors, I called up whiteflash and another vendor. Whiteflash had a very good customer service. I could see why everyone here talk about them so much. They're going to send me the sarin report and some actual pictures of the diamonds that i selected above. As far as the other vendor, they haven't return my call in 2 days. I understand that it's probably one of the busiest season right now but from customers' perspective we want the quick response from the vendors. I'm positive we all could agree that buying an engagement ring is such a stressful and nerve wrecking process, especially if it's the first time purchase. It's hard to be patient. We want to feel like the vendor really want to help us finding the perfect one that we're looking for. Not returning a simple phone call... hmn, hard to want to deal with that especially when there's many other vendors who want your business.
Anyway, i'll put up more reports as i get them.
*I've decided to remove the vendor's name. The vendor has apologized and i don't want my post to affect their business negatively. If I had purchased something from there and wasn't happy about it then it would be a different story...
anyway, i'm really leaning towards the first diamond. any feed backs would be appreciated.
