I have sort of the opposite problem. I''ve always had a hard time gaining weight. It''s very frustrating ( I think it''s my metabolism). But I think when it comes to losing weight that diet is probably the biggest factor. Eat more of the healthy foods you love and enough to feel satisfied but not stuffed. Also cut out things like sugary sodas and processed foods. Eat lots of lean meats and veggies and whole grains nuts and fruits and low fat yogurts.
