I have an antique ring that I’m very curious about. I only know that the first owner I’m aware of was my great aunt. The ring may have more history.

The only mark i can find appears to be a capital N but it may be worn. Any help about it is greatly appreciated! Oh yeah and it’s a poison ring! I love that
