I am finally going to get it!!!!!!

I put in an order with a local jeweler for a ring with a 1.5 ct princess cut diamond. I am going to pick it up tomorrow and can''t wait.

Shown is the ring with a 2 ct round. I hope it looks good with the princess.

Now I just need to figure out how to propose.

that is a GORGEOUS ring! i love all of the detailing. it will definitely look beautiful with a princess center.

She really liked the Tacori style (pattern on side with channel and pave set diamonds), but there was no way I could afford something like that and still get a 1.5 princess on my budget. She likes thicker rings because she is so hard on them, so that was hard to find too. This one is 4.2mm thick so I think it should hold up.

We just happened to see this place and said what the heck, lets give it a shot. Went in and the first thing she saw was this and loved it. I have been going backthere for the past 3 weeks picking out a diamond to fit the ring.

She thinks I may propsoe in 6-8 months, but little does she know that I will actually have the ring tomorrow and ready to go. I am thinking within the month.
