Tomorrow is his first day actually out and about on the Police Reserves. He''ll be at the fair with a cop from a neighboring town. We went to the place in the big City where they get all their uniforms/equipment etc..and wow, when he came out in the navy long shirt and pants uniform..he looked so handsome! He was accepted a few months back, and it just seemed to take forever to get things situated-they''ve been down a few guys on the force itself, so things are running slow. Now he finally is able to go ride w/them on weekends..and he''s stuck working 7 days a week since Father''s day, and was doing 6 days a week for a while before that. Tomorrow is his first day off since June, and he''s super excited to finally get started! Sounds like they''ll be pretty flexible w/him on when he can go tho, and I know he wants to get as much time in as possible b/c we''re thinking a job is coming open later this summer/fall!
