Now it's once a week on a day that was pretrashed already.

I read somewhere that those who weigh themselves regularly maintain their weight better, so I have started to monitor my weight, so I don't surprise myself (15lb weight gain over the course of a year, from not monitoring).

What is 'pretrashed'?

A day that has people or events in it that aren't great

Speaking of weight, someone at the hospital added 12 pounds to my weight which ticked me off.
But I did make sure that the neuroanesthesiologist knew my correct weight because I knew that it made
a difference for the amount of drugs that we administered while I was under general anesthesia.
When I got home after 5 days and weighed myself, I had lost two pounds.
Kenny, Your scale is lying to ya... we don't even own a scale.kenny|1434562804|3890377 said:I just weighed myself for the first time in maybe a year and I'm 20 pound lighter than I thought.
This was surprising and strange since I don't look any slimmer.
It got me wondering how often people weigh themselves.
You?

Maybe I was 20 pounds lighter because I wasn't wearing my huge Octavia.

LOL, I will admit I have done that before, I am not shy.ForteKitty|1434612713|3890714 said:Nobody weighs themselves before and after a big poop?

These days I jump on the scale when I think about it. Maybe once a month or so, and it still doesn't tell me anything I didn't already know.

Curious here, what is the most it has changed in one day?
One pound?
Two?
Three?
