How is this diamond?

I found this one and it looks pretty good. I know it is SI1, but that isn''t a huge deal to me. I don''t have a lot of money to get a more perfect one, and neither me, or my girl, can tell the difference. Does this look like a good deal? It fell pretty good into the ideal cut region on the cut scale and seems like a good price. What does everyone think? I have to hurry cause I''d like to propose on Christmas eve... i can''t wait

oh yea, i read the GIA report and it said Clarity: SI1, Characteristics: Cloudy, Crystal. what does that mean?..
