I just heard this on the radio.

Sticking an icepick into the eye socket and moving it around to cut up the brain.
Then repeat on the other eye socket.
Hearing about this made me sick.

They interviewed a man who's stepmother had it done to him 1960 when he was 12.

My question is, how could his FATHER allow it?

The father was a few prongs short of an engagement ring.
He was not right.

He didn''t accept any responsibility.
He said the stepmom and the doctor snowed him.

Yeah, the dad was a few cards short of a deck.
I heard his excuses....not buying it.
It broke my heart to hear the anguish in Mr. Dully''s voice as he was asking his dad to explain how this all transpired, and his dad was acting like they were discussing a golf game.

Then the dad just laughs it all off and says, "Yeah, but you turned out okay."
