don't you want something a little bigger? I don't understand the money wasted on clarity especially in small size stones. you could probably get an .5 carat SI diamond for the same price that is 100% eye clean

if i had to pick id go for the IF just to say that I had and IF diamond

That's unfortunately not enough information to go on - so we'll try to help you with more info.

1. What is your budget for the entire ring and where do you live (so we can take taxes into account))?
2. What stores are you looking at? The specs you sent us mean nothing with out more information about angles - or even pics/an idealscope.
3. If you drop down in clarity to an eye clean SI1 or SI2, you can get a bigger diamond...
4. Only look at AGS or GIA certed diamonds. Even GIA excellent is not enough to go on. AGS000 is a sure bet on light performance, though.

Yep, I'd say none of the above. Particularly with the size you're looking at, you can come down in color and clarity to get size and ideal cut. You didn't post your budget, but posted a diamond at $2250, so I've identified some that may be on budget.

.607 H VS2 ideal $2156 http://www.briangavindiamonds.com/diamonds/diamond-details/0.607-H-VS2-Round-Diamond-AGS-104057888036

.63 G VS2 ACA ideal-cut stone, $2440 PS wire price http://www.whiteflash.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut-loose-diamond-2781311.htm

.582 G VS1 ACA $2361 http://www.whiteflash.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut-loose-diamond-2781328.htm

.604 G VS2 $2361 http://www.whiteflash.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut-loose-diamond-2794495.htm

.617 G VS2 $2353 http://www.whiteflash.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut-loose-diamond-2772501.htm

.58 G VS2 ACA $2352 http://www.whiteflash.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut-loose-diamond-2781342.htm

.633 H VS2 $2345 http://www.whiteflash.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut-loose-diamond-2792435.htm

.612 F SI1 ACA $2345 http://www.whiteflash.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut-loose-diamond-2792451.htm

.700 G SI2 - ask for more information. Faces up large, the inclusion(s) may be liveable.

None. Unfortunately, you only give a size, color grade, and clarity grade. As others have stated, that is def. not enough info to know how amazing a stone will look or how fugly it may be. So I'd pass on all those stones, come down in clarity and even color a couple of notches to get a larger stone. Where are you looking at these stones at? If you insist on those stones, then perhaps it's helpful to list the angles, table, depth percentages of the stone... so we have a LITTLE more information.

Make cut priority on your list, but it's very important to know how well it will return light back to your eyes. Take a look at the suggestions milton made to you and take a look at the reflector images that are included. These help you determine how bright a stone will look! Live pictures of the stone def. help too!

Have you looked at some of the featured vendors on the site?

ETA: that's a nice stone, milton

Well, a link for my last stone would be nice. Too late to edit my earlier post, sorry.

.700 G SI2 "select" virtual stone $2342. You'd have to have it called in for evaluation, and it might not be eye clean, but if it were, you'd get a much larger diamond than the .3ish that you're looking at. http://www.briangavindiamonds.com/Diamonds/diamond-details/0.700-G-SI2-Round-Diamond-GIA-38729817

Additionally, here's another .700 I SI1 "select" virtual stone for $2208. http://www.briangavindiamonds.com/Diamonds/diamond-details/0.700-I-SI1-Round-Diamond-GIA-38516503 Same caveat re: need to evaluate for eye-cleanness, but might be worth evaluating.

I'd ditch the IGI stone. And I'd need more information on the others to help you. That said, I agree that I'd drop color and clarity G-H SI1 eyeclean and get a much larger stone if I were you.
