Help on finding Round cut diamond for ~$10000?

hey everyone, i''ve been reading this site for a few weeks and have started looking around the pricescope generator for a engagment ring. Been looking at the various web vendors (I''ve been impressed with Nice Ice, WhiteFlash, Abazias, etc.)
I''ve got a few weeks (probably till mid January) to shop around before committing and getting it.
I''m looking for a 1.4-1.7 carat, Color ~E-G, VS2 or better. Looking at the AGS0, or excellent cut diamonds, but have been finding them to be more around the $14-15k or higher range. Any suggestions on how to get someone of this high quality and cut and still be able to meet my budget of under $10000? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

Yes, the budget, size, color, and clarity requirements make this a tough one since stones between 1.40 and 1.49 are more scarce and would be the best bet for hitting all your targets. A search for all your criteria on the "search by cut" page produces 18 results, but only one is under $10k:

1.52 G VS1 very good on the HCA (2.5) for $9745 with PS discount

Other ideas:

1.51 E SI1 H&A for $10481 w/ discount

1.58 H SI1 H&A for $10653
