help me pick bridesmaids dresses?

Lady GaGA was a bridesmaid recently and they had slightly different dresses:

This is an infinity dress...I had these at my wedding for the bridesmaids and REALLY liked that you could do a variety of looks. The bridesmaids just picked how they wanted to wear it.

For the one who is more conservative, what about giving her the option to have a shrug made to match the dress to cover shoulders/etc. when she's not in photos? Thinking something like this, but could be solid fabric or longer sleeves, or whatever you like: http://www.etsy.com/listing/130144773/stretchy-delicate-vintage-style-lace I am imagining something like this could be made locally for fairly cheap.

wow that is lovely!

the dresses do come with a matching bit of fabric as a scarf/shawl which i thought we could potentially use to alter the dresses to make each a bit different like a one shouldered dress etc.

but that shawl is lovely cos lace is a big theme. i think i will buy one and have the girls try it on and see how it looks.
