Help- Is this stone worth it

A local jeweler had contacted me with a GIA cert on a diamond. I had found this same stone(confirmed it via cert # on bluenile). My local jeweler is going to get this stone in for me to check it out. Here is link http://www.bluenile.com/diamonds_details.asp?pid=LD00933983

Is this stone worth $5800 from local B&M. My other option is to purchase through GOG or whiteflash, originally didnt want to purchase from online. Will stones from Whiteflash or GOG be much better stone for the money. Please advise me.

Personally, I went through something very similar... looked at the B&M stores, bluenile, etc. etc.

After all was said and done, I honestly felt the most comfortable buying a diamond sight unseen from Whiteflash because I know I am buying Cut Quality.

The AGS or GIA certificate can guarantee color, clarity, etc., but I felt most comfortable with Whiteflash for quality even more so then buying a stone from a B&M store... or at least the ones I visited, unless I was willing to pay for a huge premium by buying a diamond from someone like Tiffany's.
