Welcome! I only buy diamonds online after figuring out I can get better stones at a better price online. But, I ONLY buy from vendors who provide pictures and other information on the stones. They vary extremely in how they look, especially with a fancy cut such as a heart.

At this moment, the only vendor I know of that has pictures of heart shaped diamonds is James Allen.

If you look at all the James Allen heart stones, you'll see why I said you can't buy them without seeing them! The only decent one I see in your price range is this, but I don't think I could handle the black inclusion in the middle. If you click on the stone, it will rotate.

The inclusion on James Allen stone looks really ugly on the picture. I even wonder why it's SI1, not SI2.
I will ask B2C if they can provide more info about the stone.
