Barn cats do very well.



Messing with someones barn cats is a good way to get shot.

Barn cats are a working part of any farm, they keep down disease and feed loses from rodents.

A farm without cats can lose millions of dollars a year.

It is a mutual beneficial relationship which is why the barn cat evolved.

Farmers get very attached to their cats even if it does not seem like it.

I totally agree-I love barn cats and we always had them where I went riding etc. I just loved the sentence that I highlighted!

I second the motion for them to get fixed and places back into the barn. I grew up in Wisconsin and they are used to the cold weather and sleeping in the hay is warmer than you think. They actually like the cold. I don''t agree with the fishing part of it though. Thats just sad.
