Anywho Miss Dee, I pondered quite a bit about what to do for your Bday. I decided, since you are not a traditional breakfast eater, but you do like to eat (who doesn''t??), and sweets no less, than only this would do. ENJOY my dear, and have a great day!!

Sparkles, happy belated B-Day!

So my husband just confessed to me that my birthday present is going to be a little late... Since I am launching my full time real estate career the HH wanted to get me a Maneki Neko to waive buyers in to my open houses when I start taking listings. When he lived in Japan I guess all the shops had these and it was a sign of good fortune in your business. Some of them have arms that move (I think they are waiving in the business?) but I''m not sure which version I''m getting. Anyway, as diverse as Chicago is the HH couldn''t find one anywhere so he resorted to ordering it on line... and it''s late. Oh well, better late than never!
