I was away and couldn''t say I was away.... Yanno.... But now am home and will go through this again and thank everyone personally. I was in the Sunshine State working on the house we bought from my parents. We did a new kitchen, put tile throught and new bathrooms. Had to go see, and make sure everything was A OK before our tenants move in. We managed to sit by the pool and look at the boats go by, so not all work.....

Sorry wasn't ignoring you. Just busy being back. Yes we have tenants. We can only rent once a year, so rent for the whole season. I did see some lovely places for rent, the market is soft, so you'd have tons of great houses to choose from.
