And about the wedding band issue... I think you''ll be able to get something "blingy" to go with it.... maybe a very thin channel set band with milgrain edges?? Or even a micropave band...

Here''s the thing about engraving & micropave -- it shimmers. If you stick to tiny stones that also shimmer ... OR get a band with larger stones that has an ASPECT of your e-ring band (i.e. milgrain) ... I think it will pair nicely!

A.Jaffe is the designer (ajaffe.com). I feel in love with the european shank and happen to mention it once to bf (I guess he picked from the line because of this factor). It is so well made the photos does even start to do it justice. The fact that it is hand engraved is special as I know there is not one just like it (zoomed in you can see some of the little irregularities)

Pearlmans and Soloman both carry their line.

This is a GREAT shot. Perfect stone and perfect setting for it!! I do like how the prongs curve. Sorry that you have to wait!!
