I am an unsophisticated intended diamond purchaser and have been offered this price. $8560 .....Good? Bad? Close?

GIA Princess Cut 1.3 CT, VS1, E, D=71, T=73, No Fl, VG/Ex, 1.01 Length to width ratio. Any thoughts?
