Julie... it can?? I thought it was a free service. I had no idea. The brokers we worked with (before PS) all had no problem getting diamonds in for us at no charge. You learn something new everyday! Okay, then scratch that suggestion. This is why I am glad that when I come on here I know someone will correct me if I make a mistake. Thanks Julie.
