I haven''t been posting much lately (moving soon, etc.), but have to chime in and say that I love spin/cycling classes. I go to Gold''s Gym and they have wonderful classes in both 45 and 60 minute increments.
Doesn''t require any coordination... just hop on a bike and go. I also like the fact that it is very easy to adapt the class to your own level. It''s all about the resistance on the bike.
