Evening Routines?

I just got home from work about an hour ago, and I realized that I very much have a routine when I get home until after dinner when I settle down. I know lots of people have morning routines, but anyone else have evening routines?

Here''s mine:

Get home, greet the big dog, put my stuff down on the entry way bench
Let the smaller but more mischievous dog out of her crate.
Potty both dogs in the backyard
Potty myself

Wipe dogs'' feet before they come back inside
Pour myself a glass of wine and pour myself a snack (usually kettle corn or chips)
Vacuum the rugs and tidy
Do the dishes, put clean dishes away
Turn on the TV as background noise (usually Cash Cab on the Discover Channel when I get home...)
Make dinner
Then either settle in or work on the books for Fi''s two businesses (

hate it and always put it off...)
Wait for Fi to come home at around 11, talk to him for about an hour...then go to bed while he stays up till 3am doing paper work.

Do you mix it up each evening or have you turned into a boring old lady like me at the ripe ol'' age of 24

?

Um, I'm an old lady at the ripe age of 21

Most days, I come home from work and FI isn't home until a few hours later ..

- Walk the dogs
- TV on for background noise
- Tidy/clean the house
- Wait for FI to get home
- Cook and eat dinner
- Settle down on the couch to watch TV and surf the net. Tons of doggie cuddling at this time
- Sleep

On the days that FI is home, the routine is still pretty much the same ..

ETA: I forgot to say that I take a shower sometime within the night also

-greet cats, start cleaning litterbox
-grimace, flush, continue cleaning
-put out more dry food, wet food, and new water
-get myself a snack
-settle down to do the last two or three things I remembered on the way
-do dishes
-FI gets home - cuddles!

hehe, two responses and so far I've come to the conclusion that we PSers love our animals, Fi's, and hanging out at home

love it.
