That IS magnificent, the setting is amazing, and you must have small fingers because it looks HUGE on you in the best possible way as well.

One more pic in the shade It's really picking up a blue cast from the light coming in by the window right now! I've always read about people mentioning that their warmer colored stones are chameleons - now I know what they're talking about! Sometimes it looks super bright white, other times, a soft lacy white color, and if there's a strong bright color in the room who knows what it's going to do! A few years ago I had a D colored MRB and it just didn't suit me somehow. Really happy I went with a K and an antique cut! It's certainly not perfect (a little shallow) but it looks so fantastic in person I couldn't resist it. I think I'm hooked on old stones forever now!

And yes, arkieb1, I'm a size 3.75 so I have a pretty small hand!

Yaaay! I'm happy that my posts were helpful Rika. I've taken so many pics of the stone/ring in different lighting and from different angles to give others an idea of how the warm color will look IRL; particularly in white metals. I'm trying my best NOT to bombard the boards with my pics though. And I have to say, whew it definitely gets hard!!

haha, he was only patient for that moment! He's only ever patient with me when he's laying on his side like that. If his head is in the upright position, he sure isn't!! I tried to make him wear it like a tiara, but he would have nothing of that. I like how I got a picture of him almost "snuggling" the ring. He really did! He rubbed his face all up on it. He's a PSer at heart, too!!

My ring is def an OEC.. so we've got a few things in common I also have a 3.7x e-ring that I recently got engaged with, but no SS setting That was a bit out of my price range… though I do like stopping by their showroom often!

LOVE your new photos.. what a difference a "real" camera makes! The side profile of your setting really makes my heart sing!
