Dust for my husband please! Job related...

My husband was contacted by a recruiter last week, and she had a job at a law firm in mind that she wanted him to apply to. She sent his resume off and he got an interview. He leaves for Boston tonight and his interview is tomorrow. I don''t know how many people he''ll be speaking with, but he''ll be there for a few hours at least, supposedly.

If you could spare some dust please, we''d greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

Cello -- hi there! First, congratulations to you and your husband! I''m really happy for you. Next, you have a good memory. We did move to NC over the summer but we''re considering moving back to the greater Boston area. I know we haven''t been here long, so we''re keeping our options open right now. This opportunity came up though and my husband couldn''t pass up at least going to the interview and seeing what happens. If he gets it, then we''ll have a lot of thinking to do. Thank you!

Charger, that''s what it is -- New England IS home, so it''s hard to live elsewhere. We do really like NC though, and I have to say, the weather is great. People at home think we''re crazy for thinking of leaving.

Well, he didn''t get the job. I guess there was a huge miscommunication somewhere along the line regarding the interview process. The firm wasn''t prepared to give the type of interview that the recruiter told my husband there''d be, and that frustrated him. He thought he was going to meet with 4 people, one on one, and then take some sort of skills test. Well, it turns out that he met with everyone all at once and they didn''t realize that the recruiter had told my husband about the test (which they didn''t have ready). My husband also didn''t think that the guys were great interviewers. Oh well, what''s done is done. It''s on to the next opportunity. Thanks again for the dust!
