DTC Forevermark

A sales show me a H&A diamond and told me the diamond is certified by DTC forevermark. She showed me the DTC cert no. which is laser printed on the diamond''s table. Any comment on the DTC certificate?

it means the diamond has been marketed by De Beers. this is supposed to mean that it is not an illicitly mined diamond.

it would not motivate me. But I suppose if your stone got stolen then it might help identify it.
